    I love all the renovations that have been done. However, the rent office towed one of my vehicles, costing me 150.00. There are no signs advising were cannot park in certain spots, or that vehicles will be towed. I never signed anything. The trouble this caused, because the company they use stole my credit card info as I had it in my car. It's scary, I always pay my rent on time, to know my vehicles aren't safe in my own area where I life.

    1-Poor management . 2-Roaches are everywhere. Poor maintenance. 3- Find a way to collect extra money from the tenant on top of the rent. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

    Have had to call maintenance multiple times for the same issues. Overall everyone is nice and professional.

    Property manager and everyone who works in the office is amazing! Very friendly, attentive and they communicate well with the residents!!!

    I had a massive leak in the apartment, they spray painted over the damage, but did not investigate further. A few weeks later, the water heater busted and flood the front and inside, soaking the carpet. They replaced the water heater the next day, but no follow up. But, it works, so I guess that's fine. Rules are not enforced like I thought they would be, considering the paperwork that was signed with the lease. Neighbors yelling and drinking at 3am, throwing up right outside my daughters window. Instead of trash bags being thrown in the dumpster, they are left next to the dumpster, even when the dumpster is completely empty. No body seems to clean up after they walk their dog. Overall, it's a fine place. Only huge issue so far is the whole water tank fiasco. Although, I will not be staying for a second year.
