Cedar Broad Resident
I have lived at 3 apartment complexes in Richmond. Cedar Broad is by far the best in terms of maintenance serv Read Moreice, resident activities, flexibility of policies for residents, etc. They have the 1st apartment complex I have seen which focuses on keeping residents happy once they are there. Others focus on getting new people to rent, not so much after that. I am sure their focus on residents pays off with high renewal rates.

Cedar Broad Resident
Cedar Broad is a nice new building in downtown Richmond; the leasing office staff is very nice and the communi Read Morety is pretty well kept. The price is very high (especially considering the size of the units) and the quality of included amenities could be a higher standard - the Internet service is slow and there are very few channels included in the cable package. Valet trash is a nice service but the mail area trash is not taken out everyday. The maintenance is great but the elevators suck.
