Beautiful building in a great location. Common areas, for the most part, maintained meticulously. Had some local management issues but the Executive team jumped right in and resolved any issues.

The building is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is caring, courteous, and very responsive. Mail and packages are handled promptly and with care. I'm centrally located to work. All in all, I'm very happy to live in the First National Apartments!

Over the past few years I've seen the management of this property quickly decline. The new manager, while always nice, lacks the ability to manage the building. Cleaning supplies in the workout room are always out and more recently the garbage has been backed up in the trash chutes and now overflowing in each chute room for over two weeks. The smell and flying insects are disgusting. Management continues to indicate it's being taken care of, but it's now been two weeks, and a week prior to that there was a back up too, and we continue living in a trash dump, not the "luxury apartment living" it once was, and continues to be promoted as. The prior manager, you'd always find roaming the building and was very responsive to issues on the property. I can count on one finger the number of times I've seen the current manager around the building, and with that one can anticipate a decline in the property. For the amount of money we pay in rent, the stature of the property itself, one expects a certain level of service.
