    My experience has been good so far. Office staff are very helpful; maintenance staff fixes problems in a timely manner. Quiet environment.

    I am very pleased with the apartment and location. I enjoy using the gym but didn't have a chance to use the pool this summer. The staff is excellent and always helpful. I do think the outside cleanliness needs to be stepped up. I did have problems this summer with insects and webs around my front door and it just not being too clean on the stairs and walkways. I did notify the office once and they cleaned up the webs immediately.

    The Staff is friendly and courteous. I am not happy about new people taking over and losing one of the staff members. The location is convenient to where I work. I also think that the price of the one bedroom apartments is overpriced.

    Not enough parking. Rental agents gossip to tenants. Still waiting on estimate for grab bar in shower. Too many evictions, at least 4 in our building alone in a years time. Are the agents purely putting people in to keep #s up? Pool closed on Mondays and because of one bad apple pool n grill are closed at 8pm. Kids are in gym. Movie theatre carpet is disgusting. One tenant offered carpet cleaning on renewal, we were not. Everyone isn't treated equally.

    Overall a quiet community. Certain maintenance things could be kept up with better , ie dog waste stations need emptied more often and lights in breezeways and sidewalks blow out and aren't replaced in a timely manner or at all. The grounds always look great and trash is kept to minimum aside from cigarette buts being thrown from balconies.
