    The apt needs alot off upgrade. To many things are not really up to stand for the amount of rent we all are paying. It might sound cheap for some people on the out side . The dishwasher is disgusting inside.. And I have to call maintenance for the same thing all the time. If they fixed it properly the first time. I wouldn't have to call them again

    I stayed there for 4 years. Overall my experience was good. Never had any serious issues.

    I love the leasing office staff and maintenance staff is always reliable!

    Maintenance is terrible. Water doesnt stay hot Always accessing feesNo f/u on maintenance requests Unit filthy when I moved inMgmt is incompetentMaintenance staff very unprofessional, always flirting and do all repairs together like they can not work independently (there are only two for the entire property)Halls are filthy and never cleanedLarge trash items stay at the dumpster for weeks at a timeUpper Mgmt is not responsiveUpgrades are a jokeWorse move I made in my life. Not worth the cheap rent which ends up being high because they attach so many fees
