To be honest, this is the worst place I've ever rented from. The management will lie to you multiple times to weakly cover their tracks. Bryanna and Miguel, in particular, have lied to me. Before this current management company came in, I was satisfied with this place. However, now its a complete mess. They take their time with any maintenance requests even if it's an emergency. They had a busted pipe in front of my apartment for almost a month and the entire building smelt like fecal matter. On multiple occasions they've entered the apartment without prior notice. The place is filled with trash. They have a pest control guy come every month, if not weekly, because they have a cockroach and mouse infestation that they're trying to hide. On top of all that, the price for an apartment is barely cheaper than a nice place basically anywhere else. You can rent a townhouse for almost the same price as one of these apartments. I'm so looking forward to my lease expiring and getting out of here! Please read the other negative reviews. The positive reviews are obviously not real and are written a little too alike. Hey Chase Heritage, if you're going to write reviews at least try to be a little more creative and actually seem convincing!

If there is a Negative Star, i would've. Just the worst place to live since the new management has taken over. I lived here for over two years and moved out as soon as the New Management took over. I also have friends living here and they have the same complaints. They do not take care of any Service quickly, but they are ready to charge anyone real fast if there is a simplest of issues which is the most ridiculous thing. The new Manager and the assistant are just seriously the most annoying and pompous people you'll ever find. I am out and would never suggest anyone here. Stay away from this place, or you will regret pretty fast.

ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!! This is the absolutely worst place we've ever stayed out. They enter your apartment without warning and don't care when you complain to them and will even lie to you. The worst manager is Miguel who act condescending and disrespectful. SERIOUSLY. STAY. AWAY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. We can't wait until we leave.

4/10/2019 EDIT: Staff continues to enter apartment without warning or notice. Brought to management multiple times, no improvement. Windows left wide open all day with AC running.

Original Review
This review is going to be a tough one. I have lived in some terrible places and some great places. This location is an ok location.
General Thoughts: It's a great place to stay for about a year or so while you scope out the area for a better place. I rate it a 3.
I consider 1 to be absolutely avoid, 2 tolerable, 3 decent and worth the price, 4 to be great, and 5 to be absolutely amazing.
PROS:
The parking is not nearly as bad as some have said. I've never had to worry about parking.
The office staff is great. I really enjoy speaking with them and have found them helpful.
I think the price is fair for the location.
My 1bed 1ba is a great size and I love that there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
There is a great deal of shopping locations within a very short distance, -1mile.
CONS:
My personal issue is with the constant beer cans and empty beer boxes left all over during weekends. I had several beer cans end up in my truck bed come Monday morning. I would expect this of a street side location but not a apartment complex.
There is a school right down the road. Be prepared for kids "young adults" to hang around and cause problems. Unfortunately that comes with the territory.
There is no public dumpster. You have to leave the trash outside your door and it can smell pretty ripe in the summer. From time to time the trash crew may not come by. You may then end up with critters visiting your doorstep.

This place is a DUMP. Seriously, this place needs a complete revamp and overhaul. The pictures do not reflect what this place really looks like. I was stuck when I walked into this place and had nowhere else to go.I am counting down the days to my lease being up.Between the food, trash, random clothing and garbage constantly showing up all over the grounds, the LOUD neighbors and the smelly mildewy apartment, I'm DONE. The apartment I moved into wasn't like this the first few months I was here and it progressively got worse. everything is breaking, or falling apart, I'm constantly calling in maintenance requests. The washer and dryer keep breaking, the HVAC is loud and smells moldy. The front staff is really nice, but the other residents living in this archaic residence are enough to drive anyone crazy. It's a trashy place with trashy people living here. I can't wait to leave.

If I had an issue, management fixed and or corrected it in a timely manner. When waiting on finalizing my house plans they were very flexible in allowing me to extend my original one year rent.
