    I believe they could be excellent if they stressed the importance of respecting the neighbors below you. And if quiet hours where more strictly enforced. I am overall happy with the community. But there are things that need improvement. Also. For as high as rent is here, I think it would be expected that soliciting should be prohibited. Lastly. I firmly believe that it is unfair to the renters that the leasing office is not even open for a few hours on the weekend.

    The apartment is smaller than I would like. There is no coat closet or space for a vacuum cleaner. The outdoor trash bin is either not large enough or it should be picked up more often. It is generally overflowing with trash on the ground next to it by Sunday evening. The tenants are noisey at all hours and often wake me up in the middle of the night. The neighbors are not friendly.

    I truly love this place. Grounds are beautiful, well kept, residents are friendly. Staff is exceptional.
