Linden Park Apartments

I called and personally asked is there a grace period cause my check was put in the system wrong at work they were giving me a check but it wouldn't be in until the fourth the reply was yes I have until the fifth then I paid before the office closed and I received a letter saying I owe a late fee lived here for 2 years first year never came outside ... second year started to come outside and all of a sudden my kids are falsely accused of putting trash in the streets... neighbors blasting music a notice is put on my door for disturbance then another letter for defacing property Zully the manager lol then took me to court for owing $272.00 in which no one could tell me where that amount came from any property when you owe them money will state you owe 50 dollars not 36.00 for a late fee so be advise there is no payments considered not late on time not 3..4..5.. no blacks can stand in the hall way in rainy condition not even if your waiting on your ride only her kind can hang all through the hallways ... just be advise and yes bedbugs is a issue as well as roaches

Management always respond to issues in a timely manner, neighbors are friendly, cleaning crew does a great job at keeping buildings clean.

I was schedule to move into my apartment on the 1st of December, when the first came I was informed that my apartment wasn't ready and was I able to move in by the 5th. When I moved in, I couldn't believe there were some many things that were not done. I had a crack in the wall which still exist, my balcony door is still of it hinges, etc. I am still waiting for these things to be repaired. Now there is a scare about bed bugs. Not satisfied at all.

My apartment has alot of problems. Back up toilet sink broken doors cabinets . I have been promised new ones for one year now. Maintenance is nice but I dont think they have the skills ti fix the problems this whole place need renovations.
