    I have lived here for 3 years & I have to say that the only issue I have ever had here were some other neighbors who have since moved out. These apartments are great and I just renewed my lease. I couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, my new neighbors are awesome and the location is good too. The outlets and Ikea are really close and so is the interstate. Beaches aren't far and if you don't feel like driving the pool is pretty big and well kept. I highly recommend this place.

    It is the worse place ever...!! They will tow you in a heart beat, and have a dog park, but peeps do not take the dogs there and let the dogs poop everywhere....too expensive for what they offer....

    The Brook Moved in last summer and unfortunately am moving out due to timing. Apartments are slightly higher in cost then others in the area, but you get every dime back in customer service, maintenance, and amenities. Catherine and Akira at the front desk are fantastic, very friendly, welcoming, and there to answer any questions or resolve any issues you may have. Tommy the maintenance guy is super helpful and polite, and you can tell he cares about the quality of living of the residents both when doing maintenance in their apartments but also ensuring the property is always visually appealing. I had an issue where I was locked out of my apartment and he came and unlocked it for me promptly late at night, about 11am, on a Thursday. The apartments themselves are nice, very spacious with great appliances and design. None of the apartments came with ceiling lights or fans, but they do have outlets in both the living room and bedroom that are controlled by the switch, and the electrical wires are connected to the additional 2 switches that go up to where the ceiling fans would be. Most importantly, the other residents are pleasant to live with. I'm thankful to have made some good friends just with the people that live near me. Other side notes: In the absolute perfect location, where everything you need is within 5 minutes drive. I would leave an hour and a half early for work on NOB and still be able to make it on time, regardless of the traffic rush. With no slowed traffic you can drive to the gates of Little Creek in 10 minutes, NOB in 20 minutes, and NNSY in 20 minutes as well.

    Office staff is incompetent, first leasing they seemed very nice after being there a few months became very rude towards me. I was charged extra $200 after my lease ended they told me they did not get my electronic signature for the new one. Other than the management it is a great place, they need to get replaced.
