Overall the waterfront apartments are great but we are paying for amnemities that we are not recieving such as the hot tub which has been broken for two years. also landscaping needs to trim the bushes around the running trail more often because they over grow on the the trail.

Internet speed is horrible and you are only allowed the Internet and dish network service provided at the complex due to contract, which is fine but they should at least have it up to date. The speeds are so slow. Maintenance is slow responding. Not all the staff is friendly, they don't work with you when you need them to. Things are promised at move in that doesn't happen. The best thing about waterfront apartments is the lake. Not worth the price at all... Hight disappointed.

Cable service constantly goes out but is never discounted. Repairs performed in apartment are below average quality. I've tried to cancel cable and Internet twice due to its poor service but management will not cancel it.

Management team and office staff are unprofessional once you are moved in. Until the point that you move into your new apartment, the office staff will charm you because they are trying to fill that quota... We received an unexplained bill at move out that we were ensured would not happen as the apartment had been inspected at move out... Pet rules as far as deposits are very undefined. Be very wary of this apartment complex. Don't let the charm fool you!!!

The apartment is nice but the cable and Internet we are STUCK with is TERRIBLE! Also this is a family environment, there should be a play place on location.
