The complex and apartments are very well maintained. Each of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Read More They want us to be comfortable and encourages us to put are own personal touches on our yards and balconies. It quiet except for the occasional jet noise but that's no surprise because we're in Virginia Beach. My only wish would be towing enforcement when visitors park in resident parking spaces.

Ensure the property is cleaner. Also would like to see the AC units being changed. Some buildings have new a Read Morec units and some do not.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Please contact the office so we may get specifics on your concerns regarding the property's cleanliness. We would like to get any issues addressed as soon as possible. We are currently replacing HVAC/AC units. With consideration of workload, we are allotted a specific number of replacement units per month. This is why you will see a mix of new units and older units until the project is complete. We sincerely appreciate your residency and comments!
