older apts in great location- near woods / WISC/ shopping/trails. Not a lot of windows. Great storage space . Lots of paint over paint over paint on the walls. seems quiet and relaxed community Not a lot of extra fees.

Awful..I am a former resident. The grounds were unkept. The smell of dog feces prevented us from opening windows. Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! they crawled in under the door. Stove / oven never worked right. Carpet was badly stained and they promised to replace but when we moved after19 months it still needed replaced. I think staff had a turnover 3 times while we were there.

Old oudated apartment, they do minimal upkeep on the landscaping. Management over promises and under delivers. Leaking bathroom faucet required 3 attempts to be repaired. Loud neighboors late into the night.

First off, fees for everything! Fee for a parking spot. Paying for a parking spot in Williamsburg.... so you pay $10 a month and its not even yours. You have to pay $20 a month for it to be yours. Second, cock roaches. I did not see them the first 2 months. But a tenant moved out and they were everywhere. We stressed to the office to exterminate and they took their time. So I had to buy my own cockroach gel to keep them out of my apartment even though I paid for pest control monthly. Third, I lived there for 6 months and they took our whole security deposit. Possibly, because I broke the contract to leave because the cock roaches were so bad. We paid one months rent upon all the months we were there to leave. And they said we did not clean well enough. I never had this many problems in a 6 month period in my life. My last apartment I lived in for 3 years, and they forgot that I had a dog when I left because I left the apartment spotless. Plus, everyone around us moved out, very quickly. The whole building we were living in was vacant. And they still could not get the roach problem under control. Fourth, that place is old, they built those apartments in the 70s, and they jerrigged the air conditioner unit. First week there, it started leaking into the downstairs apartment. Awful experience. The down stairs neighbors started banging on our door to fix this issue. I look at the a/c unit and on the floor near hot water heater was rust, grime and basically it looked unstable. Worst place I have ever lived. I dont recommend coming here if you think you are paying for a decent price. Hidden fees.
