Noisy, inconsiderate neighbors, pet deposit plus monthly pet rent. Rent goes up every year even though its income restricted

Some of the staff is moody and rude at times. When reconstruction of the place occured, they did not properly handle it by placing people in homes or hotels, instead the tenants had to come out of pocket for shelter for three days. We was told we can return in the evenings but had to be out of our homes at a early time. So there was no point in returning to the place of residents.

The buildings were remodeled and much of the interior work was below standards. There is glue on the carpets and other flooring from the workers shoes, personal property was broken and not acknowledged, and the rent was raised. It took at least 6 months to get the hot water heater replaced. Since the remodeling is finished the privacy is a lot better. The pool was open for a short time but closed for maintenance and did not get fixed before the season ended.
