I have lived here for a couple of years. This place is great. They are very clear in the rules. Especially with parking. Only assigned vehicles with decal on car are allowed and your visitors have to have a visitors decal. I am so glad they started having towing services driving around because the town houses right behind the apts were utilizing our parking spaces. There was nowhere to park at night. They had their college kids and visitors park in our areas. And there are signs that state "No trespassing, private property". Finally they started getting towed and no we have parking available.

For over a year the carpet has been full of stains that a simple $50 shampoo could fix. So thank you for letting me know you believe this is the residence responsibility.

Reid's Prospect is a nice place to live they have a huge pool, it's a convenient location lots to do withing walking distance and Helmer provides exceptional customer service. Also lots of natural walking trails I highly recommend these apartments!

I have had a great living experience living at Reid's Prospect, the area is really great, it's nice and convenient with shopping, retail, banks all walking distance. The maintenance is fast to respond to requests. The office staff is the best they are very kind and always help with with any questions or concerns I have, they always have treats my pet Scrappy. Overall I recommend this location and apartments.

While the neighborhood is very peaceful and the buildings look maintained. I can’t understand how the carpet in 4560 has been soiled for over a year now. How does management decide to increase the rent but won’t clean the carpet. This is embarrassing when bringing guest to your home.
