      I have lived here for a couple of years. This place is great. They are very clear in the rules. Especially with parking. Only assigned vehicles with decal on car are allowed and your visitors have to have a visitors decal. I am so glad they started having towing services driving around because the town houses right behind the apts were utilizing our parking spaces. There was nowhere to park at night. They had their college kids and visitors park in our areas. And there are signs that state "No trespassing, private property". Finally they started getting towed and no we have parking available.
