The two biggest irritants were the cockroach problem and the presence of stale cigarette smoke from the previo Read Moreus tenants, neither we could get rid of. I had a newborn baby so, living in those conditions made it uncomfortable and stressful. The bug problem was extremely upsetting considering how clean I kept our apartment.

The place was nasty upon move in. The carpets were never replaced and come to find out the previous tenant was Read More evicted and a total slob. Office still did not replace carpets even after realizing the error. We had a constant issue with bugs, even fleas (Although had no pets). Noise was always an issue. They will accept ANYONE as a resident. Apartments are outdated, with old furnishings. Maintenance needs to be properly trained to handle issues as well. Pool was not properly functioning

Thin walls and disrespectful neighbors. Mngt staff would not do anything about neighbors that broke quiet hou Read Morer rules and multiple reports from many of the people in our building. Potholes and snow removal in parking lots were awful. Apartment kitchen is outdated. Model they show you in the tour is not what you get in reality.

The only reason I live here is because it's 12 miles going in the opposite direction for my husband and son to Read More go to work. I've lived in this community for many years. I've seen management companies come and go with promises to do better than the last. Maybe just one these companies that come through here make good on there promise. Maybe there could be some kind of consideration when placing new tenants not to put a bunch of single guys above a family. Maybe there could be community events.

Needs major updating, all sliding doors and all windows are old and off track very difficult to use. Applianc Read Morees are old and have needed repairs or replaced (3 times 8 months)Linoleum coming up and stained. Countertops and cabinets antiquated, stained and marred. Baseboards/ doorways, woodwork beat up. Popcorn ceilings. Water issues throughout , from pressure issues to clogs, leaks. Piping under sinks and near toilets (away from wall, large gaping holes left open around the pipes.
