                                          I like that we are within driving minutes of almost everything one needs and wants to live happily. The neighborhood is well maintained and is animal friendly.

                                          I don't really feel like anything is unique. It's kind of a cookie cutter neighborhood. I do like that it's quiet and I see dogs.

                                          we are close to freeway's stores. The school is across the street. We feel safe all the time. There are street lights at night. People in our neighborhood are friendly. I know my next door neighbor very week. We exchanged phone numbers. They come to our house and mingle all the time.

                                          It is a fairly new neighborhood and very diverse. We have a great waterfront that has great restaurants.

                                          Near public transportation, dead end road, pretty quiet apartment complex as far as neighbors go. It's only a few miles to fast food, grocery store.
