We moved here from the San Francisco Bay Area. We found, evaluated, selected and leased the apartment without ever seeing it other than pictures on the web site, pictures of the unit we rented provided by the leasing staff, and the quality of the interaction with the leasing staff that helped us through the process - including everyone from the front desk forward. The experience was excellent for us!

I looked at many apartments in the Bellevue area and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, appearance and cleanliness of the building, along with upscale amenities. Wonderful place to live and I would recommend the Ashton to all of my friends and associates.

We love living here....it is a perfect place for us...we were home owners for 55 yrs...do not miss it. The entire team here is absolutely terrific. Cannot imagine having a better staff. Hope we can stay here

This family-friendly LUXURY apartment complex is staffed with great, friendly people! The location is perfect, the units are beautiful and you don't have to worry about pretentious neighbors. Despite the luxury-level price, you get a great experience that is worth the money.

The apartments are spacious, bright, and very quiet. Pets are genuinely welcome. The staff are universally friendly. The building is nicely located with the busy downtown area to the south and a quiet residential area to the north. Many amenities are within walking distance.
