    The facility needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The parking in bad, the walls are thin, the smoke and fumes from air/heat units are inadequate. The laundry facilities is expensive and inadequate. The Kitchenettes aren't conducive to long term usage. The bathrooms and showers are too small uncomfortable, noisy.
