The prices on the ad is inaccurate according to the property management. their price they quoted over the phone with me is higher then what's posted here on the ad. this website is not always the best to go to!

It was quite good until the owner changed. we did not receive any information and had problems with online payment so the new owner charged us a late fee. Toilet sweats and they don't want to fix it and keep saying that cannot be done. Ventilation is poor and mold is still coming out every few months after we clean it with bleach. You can hear peoples walking above you. Deck is falling apart and is a live hazard. Rooms are dark cause trees grow very close to buildings. Carpets get dirty v.quick

I lived there for two years, and I felt it as home. The location is great since it's super close to QFC and Bellevue College as well as my office. People are nice, and although the Gym and pool is small but it's just right for my needs.

Edgewood park is the worst apartment I have ever lived. The building is pretty old and had insects all along our stay. They even tried to exterminate three times but it didn't work. We had to move out as we had a baby and didnt want the baby to be affected. The only good thing about these apartments is that the management is pretty responsive if you have problems (ONLY TILL YOU ARE A RESIDENT). The mgmt has treated us WORSE after our move out, charging over and above! They never respond to us!
