Nice apartments. Very friendly and helpful manager. Great location. There is only one parking space per apa Read Morertment even the 2 bedroom apartments. In addition the parking is an additional $70 a month. Garbage is $10 a month also. Just sort of feels like you are being nickle and dimed. While garbage could be considered a utility it should be included in the rent along with the parking spot. They should just charge more for the rent so its more up front. Also if an apartment has two bed rooms allocate two parking spaces.
