    this place was the biggest joke of a well run apartment complex. the management was extremely unhelpful with our issues, the maintenance was a joke, and the overall experience was the worst I have ever had in the 9 rentals I have had. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

    I'd give negative stars if I could.
    This property management company violates tenants rights laws. They entered my property without me present, against my specific request (I have the voicemail saved where she says I know its not what we discussed, but Im here in your unit... (If I could attach an audio file, I would.)
    They also blatantly disregarded my concerns about my neighbors excessive chain smoking and his second hand smoke filling my apartment. They refused to move me because we dont want to pay carpet cleaning fees in your unit again even though there was a smoke free unit available. Their lease has a smoking section stating that excessive smoking to the point that it disrupts your neighbors is grounds for eviction, yet they never addressed the guys smoking. One of my maintenance requests that they never addressed was for them to simply open a window (requiring a ladder to reach) to alleviate some of the smoke in the common entryway. They also never replaced my damaged window screens (that I requested multiple times to have replaced), so I was unable to open my windows to air my apartment out.
    They have a history of brushing health concerns under the rug. In other units, they simply painted over black mold.

    No hot water in kitchen for 3 months had to boil water. Mgmt just doesnt care and put you off. View isn't worth it.

    mold, sewage spills, no hot water, no help with repairs, will take your money after you move and charge you for a carpet you were not supposed to have

    Poor property management, can not speak with them and have follow thru. Get everything in writing. On going hot water problems in units. If you get hot water you have very little water pressure. I would not recommend them.
