Local Reviews

It's on a golf course. There is access to recreation and friends. It is quiet. There are two local bars and the clubhouse nearby

UHMMM we usually stay inside if we go anywhere it's the mall or McDonald's and maybe Safeway occasionally for snacks

It's a rural area that is far from night life and the hassle and bustle. Also, we are close to the peninsula and there is salt water almost all around us.

Many families, lots of kids. Fire station being built within walking distance. built, school within walking distance.

I like that the area is slowly getting nicer. Public transportation is more reliable than it used to be. Downtown has a lot of locally owned shops with unique products.

Neighborhoods tend to have their own identity, or "feel" based on the people who live there and the places nearby. Residents may have similar types of families, incomes, and education level. Neighborhoods can include restaurants, bookstores, and parks.I like going with family and friends to travel one place to another place.
