      DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT TRUST THIS MANAGMENT COMPANY! I found out THREE DAYS before I was scheduled to move into a 3br 2ba that the unit would be unavailable for several more weeks. The only reason I found out at all was because I hounded the managers for days with text messages and emails in order to get any response at all. This was all after they had told me repeatedly that the unit would be available on the 8th of December. I guess their plan was to tell me when I showed up with all my stuff in a truck. I had already packed and hired movers by that point but I guess the joke is on me. Now they're ignoring me and my requests for contact info for corporate. I have never encounter a management company this unprofessional and negligent. No oversite, no accountability, nothing. Rent with them at your peril. You might be in for a BIG surprise come moving day.

      Great place to live. Updated appliances are available when needed. Neighbors are nice. Staff in office are very friendly and helpful. Service people are very important part of the staff. Thank you

      You get charged for everything you do, rent goes up almost $100 every time you renew your lease and they threaten to evict you and charge you $35 for printing out a piece of paper to let you know youre doing something wrong.

      The staff are very responsive to problems and fix things very rapidly. The stairs need serious cleaning and we need more recycle bins. Otherwise, well maintained. Quiet times are observed by residents, insulation great. Wish the pool was open earlier and longer. Exercise equipment is so-so. Apartment was deemed non-smoking, but despite it being immaculate on move-in it maintained a smell of old cigarette smoke which persists.
