The staff are very responsive to problems and fix things very rapidly. The stairs need serious cleaning and w Read Moree need more recycle bins. Otherwise, well maintained. Quiet times are observed by residents, insulation great. Wish the pool was open earlier and longer. Exercise equipment is so-so. Apartment was deemed non-smoking, but despite it being immaculate on move-in it maintained a smell of old cigarette smoke which persists.

We liked the space, the price and the friendliness of the front desk if we ever had any questions or concerns.

Heritage Place did not explain that they require Renters insurance, which caused us to scramble at the last mi Read Morenute to get some. In addition, they charges us $300 on moving out to clean the oven, the fridge, and fix a few spots on the wall (about 2 hours of work).
Also, the TV area never worked, the hot tub was typically closed, and the work out area was not that great. Not a good value for the money.
