One bedroom on the ground (first) floor and two bedrooms on the third and fourth floors. The second floor has the living room and the main kitchen. The main kitchen has a gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher etc. The ground floor has an additional kitchenette with an induction top, a sink and microwave, and fridge, so if you have older guests or in-laws coming in, they don't need to go up the stairs at night to eat something. The third floor has the washer and dryer. All appliances, microwave, washer, dryer, cooktops, dishwasher, are high quality from whirlpool and are new! The ground floor is wheelchair accessible and has a small storage loft space as well for extra storage. There is no backyard, but we do have a dining table size patch of land in the front you can use for gardening. **FLOORING and PARKING ** The top floor has a half deck big enough for 2-3 people to sit. The first and second floors have wooden floors, and the third and fourth floors are carpeted. This house does not have attached parking, only street-parking is available. However, there is often a lot of empty space next to the high-school for parking. **AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING** The top-floor (4th floor) which has the master bedroom and the living room have a split air-conditioner which serves dual purpose. It can cool the air and heat it as well. The ground floor and third floor have wall electric heaters only. The split-ac is from Mitsubishi and its 4-star energy efficient. **SECURITY and SAFETY** I have installed Ring camera in front and wyze cam in back which you can link to your account if you like or unplug them if you have your own system. All floors have ceiling mounted CO detectors and drop-down sprinklers. No smoking is permitted indoors (including balcony). Parking is limited to street parking only. Tenant will have to pay for utilities including water, sewer, garbage, electric, gas, and cable (internet). Property has some essential furniture already.
