Since new management has taken over 4 months ago,all they have done is raise your lease 100.00.The basketball court is hardly used as well as the fitness center inside by the office.the new .lawn service leaves messes than leaves.The basketball court and fitness center was built by previous management.The bbq is great but never used. The office is closed at least half day during the week.
NO on site manager. WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPLEX.

Cedardale is well run and managed. Grounds are maintained regularly and any maintenance issues are attended to promptly. Staff is helpful and responsive. It is also a very quiet community.
