    Do not, under any circumstances consider renting here. The place is a dump. We made a huge mistake, and signed a lease with only seeing the model apartment (they would not let us see the actual apartment ahead of time). Other tenants just throw their beer cans and other trash out their patio doors on to the lawn. The tenants above us must have had at least 8 people living there, and would party (loud music, stomping, etc.) until 3-4 am. The apartment reeked and when it rained, the nicotine residue from the previous tenants would drip down the walls and window sills. The cabinets looked like they were painted with a mop. Every counter-top and wall was sticky to the touch. We made a horrible mistake and signed the lease before we knew how bad it is. It was so bad that we moved out after less than two weeks and had to eat the early lease release fee. I can't emphasize too much how bad this place is.

    So close to EVERYTHING! Seattle is just a 20 minute commute. And Grocery store is across the street. Lawns are green and plentiful. Office staff is nice and maintenance gets the job done. I cant wait for the pool and Gym to open.

    There is a lot of vehicle theft in this development. Management doesn't seem too keen on dealing with this problem at all. Just way too many issues here.

    Ive lived here going on 3 years, Ive seen many managers and leasing people come and go, the new manager thats been here over the last year is the best bye far! Ms Julee is really making the community a better and safer place to live, shes almost always available if you have concerns. The apartments are looking better everyday, I recommend living here
