After being a model citizen of a resident for two years, I am very disappointed. I have never been late with m Read Morey rent, never complained about the cigarette smoke from all the smokers theyve placed all the way around me (there is no A/C, so you have to open your windows all summer), and I never complained about the loud fighting from the section 8 couple below me. I was fined $70 for not moving my patio furniture when they were painting. I did not receive the notice, but they still would not reverse the charge. The old lady in the office is nice until she has you moved in, but after...not so much :-(

The apartment itself was a bit shabby upon move-in, carpets looked dirty, musty smell. The two showers had flo Read Moreors that needed to be refinished and were unusable until they were done. One of the showers was never done, and never used by us. The hot tub and pool were often closed, including the entire summer (June 2013-September 2013) of the last year we lived there. Street parking was available when we moved in, but taken away a few months later.

Walls are thin and I can hear neighbor who is always yelling at a child clear as day.Front office manager Mary Read More is a pro.If not for Mary the place would feel like just another coeporation who just is out for rent checks.
