    I've lived at la Serena's 2 separate times and will be moving back in for the third time tomorrow. After living at la Serena's no other apartment community even comes close to comparing. La Serena's is clean, has an amazing staff (which hasn't changed in 8 years) and fantastic upfront rates(no hidden charges like storm drain fees)The units are efficient and have modern layouts. The office response quickly to problems, if you have any. The maintenance guys are literal waiting outside by the tool storage unit for a tenant to need something fixed. I wanted to mention that because I was impressed by how hard they work at keeping everything running smoothly. Hot tub and pool are always clean, working and opened on time. I also wanted to say that after living here 3 years, I received my full deposit back when I moved out. That never happens even when you hire a professional cleaner. La Serena's is the only property in Tri-Cities owned and run by this company And they put a lot of effort into maintaining it and providing excellent services to their tenants. To all the staff at La Serena's, thank you for being so wonderful.

    Apartments are nice. Gym is really small. Small dogs from the various neighbors I had were left alone for many hours at a time and barked constantly. Overall, grounds were nice, staff was nice, but apartments got very expensive over time.

    It was quiet and nice land. The stairs are outdated and feels really rough on the body

    The management there was not very good. They took anyones word for it if they complained about anything and I was one of those who did NOTHING WRong!!!!! They did not control the noise or have any real control of anything. I left after 6 months of misery!!!!

    I had several issues with a specific tenant and nothing was done about it. Several false complaints were filed against me by said tenant and no investigation or questions were asked, I was just automatically given notices even though management was aware of the issue.
