This apartment complex should not be recommended. Awful experience and unsuitable buildings, unfit livable conditions.

I over all like it here.
However their maintenance guys are not really sure what they're doing sometimes.
And there is black mold in the rain gutters.

This complex does not take pride in it's landscape or tenants. The bare minimum is done to the landscapting. Just not my idea of great apt living.The staff is very inconsiderate and always tries to rush you. The owner always talks so fast and hurrys off the phone like she doesn't want to answer any more questions or stay on the phone with you and the leasing agent as well. I was so happy to move! away from it.

When we first moved here, it was great! But, in the past year to year and a half this place has gone WAY downhill. They don't do repairs quickly, if at all, we found there was asbestos in the ceilings and NO insulation, out of 3 pools there is only one ever in use for only a month or so a year, they started making residents pay for specialized track lightbulbs and other small things, and various other issues...and of course the rent keeps rising regardless of these things.
