We had a drip at the kitchen sink and called maintenance at least three times over a week period and it was never fixed. We purchased a new faucet and put it in ourselves. We came home around 7pm one evening and had left our keys inside of the apartment so we were unable to unlock the door. We went to the office and maintenance was there so we asked for a key to get in. He said we would have to hire a locksmith, so we did and that cost $150.
