you are given 37 pages of rules regulations and addendums to sign in addition to the lease agreement before you move in. One of the many addendums state "for example" you cannot hang anything on the walls or windows however when I asked the manager she stated "I know it says that but everybody does it". I said yeah but If I sign the addendum stating I understand this then you can charge me when I move out for the damage caused correct, she just shrugged her shoulders and smiled.... Know what you are signing people. If the addendums you are signing say something is not permitted be prepared to pay with your deposit when you move out..

Would highly recommend these apartments for price and quality Ive lived here for over a year now and love the location staff and apartments close to everything need anything fixed or repairs done just call the office

To unfortunately have to experience unforeseen homelessness only to be taken advantage of by being sold a boastful lie of newly renovated and almost everything, EVERYTHING is damaged or broken is beyond unethical and ILLEGAL! We only stayed for one night and were asked to leave because the dark-haired lady named Colleen who manages the place got mad that we dared to asked for proper repairs and replacements of unrepairable items to be made! We asked her if there was another available unit on the property that was as advertised that we could be moved into or if there sister property Brookside Village in Auburn had available livable units that we could transfer to and she looked us right in the face and said No. She lied out of sheer spite because we called Brookside Village and spoke with a rep named Michael who was very pleasant and easy to work with. He invited us over to view not one but THREE units that all were available, move-in ready, and were actually renovated as advertised! Brookside Village looked 100 times better! Colleen is rude, unprofessional, manipulative, spiteful, and vindictive! She knew we were dealing with homelessness and tried to cash in on it and when this didnt go her way we got kicked back to the curb! NEVER rent from this place unless you just have absolutely no other choice, which you do!
