Lazy management!!These buildings look nice but are really shoddy apartments built it the 80's. The insides are dressed up nice, new flooring and appliances. The floors and so thin that I hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. Even small things that they should be able to do in their house. Also the sub floors are not screwed to the joists but only nailed so every step the take up there makes cracking sound of the wood sliding on the nail. The management has done nothing get them to be quiet. It has been a nightmare living here because of this. I sleep with earbud jammed into my ears with podcast playing and I still get woken up late at night all the time. It turns out that the maitnanes guy's sister lives above me so nobody in the office is going to do anything about my complaints. The offive has posted hours but don't count on any one being there during thoes hours. There is no drop box so you have phisicaly hand the rent check to somone. i go there all the time during the posted hours and there sing in the window saing pack a suach a time. one time i went 3 hours before closeing, the were out. so i went shoping and came back, only to find they had closed on hour early. EVEN after i moved out, i came to pay something and the office was cloesed in the middle of the day on a week day. I had to come back another day to pay something a month after my lease.Living here was crazy I can't believe i put up with it for almost a year

Thin walls/floors. You will hear everything from walking, cabinet doors closing, alarm clocks, TVs. Everything! Rent is due during office hours by the 3rd when the office is OPEN or your pay to pay online. No dropbox. In short you may not truly get 3-days if you pay by check. Poor cabinet and closet space. Nice office staff!

We enjoy living here. The only thing we don't like is that our upstairs neighbors are loud at times when it's inappropriate, though not often enough to make us dislike living here. The staff is courteous and helpful, the grounds are clean and easily maneuverable. Our other neighbors are nice and considerate.

Mold started growing in some areas of my studio even though I left the fans running when I showered, had the heat on, etc. the laundry facility was difficult to use because everything was done through a card.

I was quarantined at home with influenza and tried to pay rent online. I didn't hit confirm and then got a notice of late rent. They were not forgiving of rent late once even though my computer history showed I went and I had a doctor's note, I had to pay late fed for one day late rent. Otherwise the community is nice.
