    Maintenance was exceptional! Parking was horrible! Hot tub was always broken! Recent office manager was a joke! Very unprofessional, was a gossip about other tenants and their financial status! Quite embarrassed for the corporate company! Move out was a joke, I spent 4 days cleaning, the apt was spotless better than when I moved in and they still charge ridiculous fees! Was promised a free carpet cleaning, but was denied due to a pcs. Do not rent here you will pay dearly!

    The place is nice and clean. Storage/closet and counter space is rather limited. Saturday brunches etc. are a nice touch, but I've never got my award for guessing the Super Bowl score. Also I know it's part of the lease agreement, but charging tenants for cleaning and painting is a joke.

    There are many reasons I feel this way. The rent is high the management makes reasons to come into the apartments almost every month to change light bulbs, annual inspection, check fire alarms, change windows and many other reasons. I feel that all of this could be done at once with better scheduling. It is an invasion of my privacy.

    I think this place is a rip off when moving out. They are all smiles while there and then you get a bill that is a lie. When doing the walk through they did not give me a copy or have me sign off, when I asked they said I didn't need it. I should have known from there. I will not recommend this place because for whatever reason they fill the need to take people's hard earned money. I have been looking into this online to find out that this is a trend. I am really upset about this.
