Parking isn't great. Lots of neighbor complaints- about children being loud or people smoking on balconies, and instead of finding the problem we get widespread "letters". Lots of dog feces on the grounds.

The space (square footage) inside the apartments were great; unfortunately the walk in closet was not as large as explained for the master bedroom. We were informed two parking spaces would be available for residents living in a three bedroom; yet we only recieved one parking space. Officals denied stating we would have two. That was unfortunate due to parking was a complete hassal; limited space for such a large complex. Very few vistors parking. Appliances worked well/ mordern; tidy complex.

The management tries their best to accommodate your needs. It's not perfect, but they do a pretty good job.

My experience here has been good overall. I don't care for flyers at the door since it gives an indication that people are not at home. but the management team has been outstanding.
