This complex is definitely not high-end and I will start off by saying that you should find somewhere else to live! The property was so poorly built that things are constantly breaking and they never get fixed in a timely manner. The AC/Heat goes out every couple of months and the last time this happened it took 45 days to get it repaired. There are always water leaks in the building and so they have to shut off the water to the entire in order to get it fixed. The spa broke this last winter and it took two months to get it fixed. The elevators are always a mess and its common to only have access to one of them for the entire building. I could go on and on but these are just some of the major problems. On top of all of this, the management company only responds to probably half of the emails/calls and they are very light on details and so you never really know whats going on. The location is great but that is really all this place has going for it. If you are looking for luxury, as they claim to be, then you can definitely do better, but if you want an overpriced run of the mill apartment then youve found the right place! One of the worst design features is that our dryer vent is located in the back corner of the balcony and so it blows lint all over the balcony and anything on it. We have to clean the balcony on a regular basis if we want to use it. There is nothing high-end about any of the amenities or appliances. Half of the machines in the gym barely work and the BBQs are always dirty and they are often out of propane. The in-unit appliances are fine but they are just your basic inexpensive appliances that youll find at most apartments.
