When the book of apartment living is written''??perhaps by me''??The Hawthorne Apartments will have its own chapter. Quaint, clean and quiet, the Hawthorne is ideal for anyone seeking either solitude or social interaction. I have lived here for ten years and love it; but then I'm not sure any other apartment community would have me.

It's a beautiful area and the the apartments are nice just a little attention to detail would make it more pleasant. Forgot to mention mold on decking just power wash to remove. Simple things done prior to move in that have been mentioned would have made the hectic move much more enjoyable. It doesn't cost the Hawthorne any more money and would just ease the whole moving in process much more enjoyable.

We were very happy with the Hawthorne Apartments' offer of home-buyers' program. With this program, we did not have to be locked into multiple months' lease. We had to pay a sum upfront and pay regular monthly rate until we bought our new house. We just have to give them 30 days notice as soon as we bought our house. Having home-buyers program seems to attract people who want to maintain quiet and peaceful living environment during the short-term rental.

I've never had issues living in the Hawthorne apartments. The community is well kept and clean which is very important to me and overall, it is a safe neighborhood.
