Amazing location (so much nearby food and entertainment!), friendly staff, spacious floor plans, quiet neighbors. Best apartments out of the four I've lived in in Olympia.

Finally, we have management that listen and care about the tenants. They listen and try to get a solution to the problem or issue you have presented to them. I have lived here for over 10 years and it has been all long time sense we have had anyone care about use. The maintenance people are also first rate. They fix things properly and don't just do a "quick fix until they can get it done right" and end up never coming back. I only hope you all remember that I consider this my home, not just a place to rent. It means a lot to me not to get priced out of my home I am a good renter and I love living here.

1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment, don't really need to say much else but will. Children screaming at all hours. Management is lacking. Rats. Units falling apart. Rude staff. Wouldn't recommend living here until they adjust their prices, much better available for less.

Overpriced for cheap, outdated fixtures and poor condition. Predatory landlords. $100 rent hike every year. Here are details: paper-thin walls and floors. I hear every footstep and conversations of adjacent neighbors. I can even hear upstairs' resident urinating. Flashing toilet wakes me up every night. It's very loud because toilet plumbing runs through my bedroom wall!. Fans don't suck up much (manager refused to fix/clean pipes), extremely poor ventilation (so marijuana odor fills up my unit 24/7. I wear a mask in my own home), e.t.c. Former neighbors said that they didn't get much of security deposit back!
