      If your looking for a place where they take tenant concerns seriously this is not the place for you. Office manager will postpone any repair for as long as possible or even ignore it. Looking to be harassed and threatened with an eviction if payment one day late even if you never been late before Charlene will oblige you.

      Overpriced for cheap, outdated fixtures and poor condition. Predatory landlords. $100 rent hike every year. Here are details: paper-thin walls and floors. I hear every footstep and conversations of adjacent neighbors. I can even hear upstairs' resident urinating. Flashing toilet wakes me up every night. It's very loud because toilet plumbing runs through my bedroom wall!. Fans don't suck up much (manager refused to fix/clean pipes), extremely poor ventilation (so marijuana odor fills up my unit 24/7. I wear a mask in my own home), e.t.c. Former neighbors said that they didn't get much of security deposit back!

      Still havent finished installing the new tub after the last one broke six months ago, or the leak in the bedroom which makes the carpet wet and moldy whenever it rains (thats been six months too). They stopped accepting packages so I have to drive 20 mins to get my mail. The office is never open, my fire extinguisher is three years out of date, the pool and hot tub are always closed or green. the clubhouse is always locked, the dumpsters are always full (maintenance said they just dont like doing it) Rents insane, $1300 for a moldy one bedroom. The outside walls are swollen and warped.

      My wife and I were both had a lot of trouble finding a place to rent when we first came to Olympia as we had both just came out of bad relationships and both of us had really bad credit at the time and the former site manager gave us both a chance with the condition that we paid a double deposit which at the time was a blessing the only reason I did not give an excellent rating is a couple of reasons when our refrigerator died they kept sending maintenance to our apartment a total of 6 times telling us they had fixed it we would go and get groceries and then a few days later it would stop working again this went on for almost 2 months total and the next thing is we were promised 3 years in a row that when we signed a new lease that we would get our carpet cleaned which has never happened on the last lease I signed in January the new site manager was very curt and said that is not something that she is willing to do for us even though we have had a total increase of rent of $400 since we first moved in we do love the maintenance guys and girl as they are only doing thier jobs as outlined by the site manager so we have no complaints against them.

      Manager is compassionate and flexible. She prorated rent and let me stay for 6 days! This apartment do not prorate, but she flexed the rule.
