Office staff have been very kind and accommodating to our needs and/or questions.

Amazing location (so much nearby food and entertainment!), friendly staff, spacious floor plans, quiet neighbors. Best apartments out of the four I've lived in in Olympia.

DISHONEST MANAGEMENT. Rent from somewhere else. After living here for 2.5 years, I was assaulted by another tenant who had some kind of drug-fueled psychotic break. He tried to damage my car and force himself into my apartment, and verbally and physically threatened me. He was arrested and was back 5 days later living next to me. My lease was coming up to be renewed. I told management I couldn't stay if he would be there, and they assured me he would be evicted within a couple weeks, and so I renewed it. Then they blew me off every time I asked for updates and nothing happened! I doubt he was even given a warning. When I moved out, management also assured me they would be able to rent out my apartment "a few days later" and I would be refunded for the rest of the month's rental payment. Weeks later when I heard nothing, I called and they told me they were having "trouble" renting out my place but were trying. Turns out they lied and were secretly doing renovations instead of trying to rent it. Wasn't listed as available for rent anywhere online until 2 months from now. Between the lies and blowing me off, it was a very bad experience. Shame on management.

Finally, we have management that listen and care about the tenants. They listen and try to get a solution to the problem or issue you have presented to them. I have lived here for over 10 years and it has been all long time sense we have had anyone care about use. The maintenance people are also first rate. They fix things properly and don't just do a "quick fix until they can get it done right" and end up never coming back. I only hope you all remember that I consider this my home, not just a place to rent. It means a lot to me not to get priced out of my home I am a good renter and I love living here.

1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment, don't really need to say much else but will. Children screaming at all hours. Management is lacking. Rats. Units falling apart. Rude staff. Wouldn't recommend living here until they adjust their prices, much better available for less.

Prices were much higher than expected. 2 weeks before contacted back and nothing available.
