    We are a military family so they made it very easy to Rent an apartment as long as you paid the upfront fees. Staff is very friendly and personable. Grounds were kept very nice. However, the sound barrier in the apartments are absolutely horrible. We can hear everything going on from the neighbors on the side and below us. Furthermore, the neighbors are rude and inconsiderate! I had a rude note placed on my car telling me about my bad park job. Passive aggressive indeed !! Not a very friendly environment to live in.

    Front fest is accommodations Only cons I have are is, as a Swimming. otherwise perfect for older kids with thought.

    The staff were very nice and professional. They knew everyone by name and were very quick to respond to any requests. The apartment space and layout was nice. The quality of the appliances and construction was poor for luxury apartments. I lived there a little over a year and had an issue with every single appliance before moving out. There was almost no sound buffer from the neighbors. I could clearly hear the content of normal phone conversations happening on the floor BELOW mine.
