We only stayed at Bradly Park for 3 months and it was awful! The kicker was when Tessa told me false informati Read Moreon to get another month rent from us. I came in to the office to tell Tessa that we bought a house and that we will be moving out at the end of our lease on August 26th 2018. I also asked her if we could possibly stay till August 31st, and how much more would that be. Tessa told me that we could stay and that it would cost about $500 and we would need to let her know if we wanted to stay by Aug 11th. Then I told her that we most likely will not need it so well just schedule to be out of here by the end of our lease. I asked her if there was anything that she needed from us in order for us to get our deposit back or anything else we need to do before we go. She said no, youre all set. So, I left the office thinking that we were good to move out at the end of our lease. Then one week before we moved I contacted her to ask her if we should get the apartment cleaned or anything before we go and she acted surprised that we were leaving and said we still need to pay for September! I reminded her that we bought a house and I told her we were moving out and she said she remembers that we bought a house and that we were moving but that it needs to be a written letter. So basically, she lied to me telling me that we were all squared away, so they could collect rent with a completely vacant apartment! It was nearly $3,000 down the drain. Thanks Tessa.

The leasing person has no idea what shes doing or how to under stand when someone gets VA benefits or how to r Read Moreead. Shes asked for my pay stubs 4x already and Ive emailed them to her. She never answers the phone and misquoted me the wrong rent on my move in cost sheet. I dont know how this places gets leases with someone so incompetent working there...

The apartment was very updated, and the amenities beautiful. The staff were always very responsive to any need Read Mores. Would've given it an excellent rating except the parking is awful for guests or if you have more than one car.
