    We were told we would have new carpet before we moved in that did not happen. They had to paint after we moved in 2 times as it smelled like cats. Over all the place was dirty.

    There was a continuous turnover of managers. Several times we were told one thing, then told a different thing by the next manager. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. When we wanted things they promised in writing, most of the managers would not ablige. Also, the carpet smelled of cat urine from a previous tenant. The good parts of Country Gables was the maintenance man would respond quickly, and was very cordial, some of the front desk workers were very nice, and location

    The manager at the time was amazing!!! We had a one bedroom apt and was perfect for us, except the kitchen, it was a bit small.
