      This place looked alright at first glance, but past that it was a nightmare. Maintenance will shrug you off, fit and fitment is so poor sometimes doors are completely unusable. Better hope you're armed, because there's break-ins on a weekly basis. And don't bother cleaning when you leave, my wife and I spent 2 full days cleaning everything including renting carpet cleaners. They still double charged us for our security deposit, and when we sent them photographs of the spotless apartment, they simply sent off to the most ruthless collections agency I've ever seen. STAY AWAY!

      This is a congenial property that, for the most part, exhibits routine maintenance practices. However, the property manager Linda has exhibited nothing but subpar behaviors and skills associated with running an apartment complex. I have lived here for many years and this only seems to get worse. Possibly this is simply because I have had many years to observe such behavior. Overall, the complex is not terrible and noise levels do stay to a minimum. Nevertheless, my one start rating is in 100% contribution to the poor leadership and customer service practices of the apartment manager. I feel that a decent rapport between the tenant and the complex manager is a vital and major aspect of apartment living. One cannot simply ignore the absence of this and it is for this reason I cannot recommend these apartments as a suitable living environment.

      I am happy to write this review for One Canyon Place as I have enjoyed my stay here! Firstly, I've never had any issues with the staff or management team at One Canyon Place. Every interaction with them was professional and courteous, I have never had anyone here treat me badly or be rude to me. In fact, Linda has been most helpful and has been here for me during some rather difficult times, to the point where she spent several hours of her valuable time just trying and help me out of a difficult situation and did her absolute best to save me money where it appears others state she has charged them erroneously (this is simply not the case as I have witnessed). Whitney also has been supportive and attentive to my situation and is nothing but polite. I have NEVER seen anyone in management be rude to renters or yell at them. Every time I have interacted with them I am treated with respect and they are absolutely friendly. No matter where you live and no matter the apartment complex, you are going to experience other renters who don't care that you are there and don't respect the idea of having someone below them or next to them, this is NOT the managements' fault nor should it reflect negatively on One Canyon Place in any way, they cannot control what people do. They have rules and regulations in effect and I have seen them enforce them first hand! One Canyon Place does everything necessary to assure that their residents are taken care of and treated fairly. One Canyon Place is a great place to live in all aspects!

      Honestly the best apartment complex I've ever lived. But I think what makes a big difference is the location of my place and the good neighbors. What holds me back from saying excellent is issues with garbage piling up on weekends and a office staff member who isn't too friendly and makes mistakes. But everyone else is amazingly nice, so I usually just try to speak with them first. Also finding parking at night is a challenge.

      Over a span of 3 years, I lived in 2 different units at OCP and both of them were really nice. I didn't have any issues with them. The grounds were nicely kept. There were times though that maintenance was slow to get things fixed but after telling the office staff more than once that something was broken, it would get fixed.
