Worst apartment to live in due to new management which started this year middle in 2023. Maintenance requests are not addressed for weeks and sometime months. They dont event care to pickup calls and respond to emails. Also there is the water leakage issues from parking floor since more than a month and they dont care to repair.

This property isn't as well maintained as the surrounding properties in the area. There is a lot of noise from different tenants and lots of unsightly personal items/junk on balconies. Overall the property needs a facelift to be on the same level as nearby properties.
