First of all this is a pretty nice apartment complex. And has very large floor plans. The kitchen's are pretty Read More small. It is nice that they offer trash pick up (you pay for this service) but is only offered sunday-thursday. We've had a good experience with their maintenance team. On the downside, parking is just awful.Many residents do not pick up after their dogs, when the complex offers poo bags. Expect your rent to go up when your up for renewal

Older apartments/townhouses. Difficult to keep warm, windows leak cool air. Parking is limited. Area is con Read Morevenient but several lower quality apartment complexs in area. Staff is good. Recreation is good. Expensive for water/trash costs ($100+ per month) for single person.
