We offer 6-12 month leases. We allow up to two pets with a 70 lbs weight limit and some breed restrictions. There is also a $500 pet deposit of which half is refundable. Also, the pet rent for dogs is $25 and for cats $15.

This is the worst managed property I have lived since 2008. I am having a consistent noise issue from upstairs Read More. When I first complained earlier this year, the answer was the office couldn't do anything. The upstairs unit is rented out by a firm that short leases it back (like AirBnB) thus office took no action initially. After consistent complains, they finally wrote an email to the firm advising of the noise 2 weeks later as I struggled to sleep during that time. After it stopped, the noise still came back here and there but I tolerated. About two weeks ago, the consistent noise came back. After putting up with it for a few days, I complained again. And this time I asked if a resident was living up there or a short lease tenant. Office didn't respond, but I went up to knock on the door. The neighbor didn't answer but the noise stopped for the night. The next morning, I got a response from the office saying the noise is not coming from upstairs and I scared them by knocking on their doors. I read this email, in bed, at night, as my ceiling was vibrating. So I decided to not renew my lease. Once I sent that e-mail out, all communications stopped from the office. That was mid this week. My request to confirm my intent to vacate was ignored as well. So, this saturday, I had to personally walked into the office, read my contract to find out an official form is required, waited about an hour for the form to be found, and filled it out and signed it so I can finally leave this god awful place once my lease is up.And yes, it's 12:27AM and I have industrial grade 3M ear plugs on and I hear the loud thumping noise from the ceiling. Just gotta survive 2 more month here.

I highly recommend renting from a different apartment complex. Circa/Pinnacle Living receives 1 star from me b Read Moreecause I felt the need to warn others away, and this is the only way I can do so. Some of the perks: Location to Green Lake and I-5. Theres a 5th floor deck and updated units. Parks Pharmacy is across the street and have very kind staff. The bad news: The office staff at Circa are cold and unfriendly, and do not have the answers to your questions. Their communication is terrible (both to all renters and to you as an individual) and they come across as very unorganized. A circumstance arose where they were incorrect regarding my account and a payment; they refused to answer my questions, took days to respond to email communications, and led me around to the point where I had to move up the management chain (with STILL no response) until I eventually filed a claim with my bank. All in all, this location is NOT worth it. AVOID.

I lived at Circa for two years, and it was an absolute mistake. There are plenty of other apartment complexes Read Morein the area - chose a different one. Throughout my two years there, I experienced every issue you could image - incompetent and disrespect from both local and regional management, businesses renting residential spaces, frequent and unexplained fire alarms, break-ins to the locked parking garage, issues within the building without any communication, months without completing my maintenance requests, deposit that was 1 month after the Seattle tenant code, refusal to pay deposits they verbally committed to, and refusal to resolve conflict or issues with residents face-to-face. Yes, it looks nice on the outside and is in the perfect location, but do not waste your money living here. Management is over involved and causes more stress and headache than is necessary. Save your money and sanity and live somewhere else.
