Long story short, my lease was ending, gave them ample notice, a week prior to moving office lost my notice, t Read Moreries to charge me full month rent, found my email I sent, threw back in their face, randomly finds my email. Before I found out they lost my email I didn't want to move out and office basically did not want to rent to me. A current resident at the time told them to call if any 2 bdrm available didnt n my friend called and rented a 2 bdrm a month later.

The staff at Pratt Park were always very helpful and friendly; however there was a full staff turnover no less Read More than three times in the 13 months that I lived at Pratt Park - even though each new set were similarly helpful, the fact that they couldn't seem to hold onto employees was somewhat troubling.

Management changed several times in the three year I was a resident and that's never a good sign. The staff wa Read Mores unprofessional and units overpriced for the still transitioning area.

The rental office hours posted on the door are not at all honored by the employees. I've had to wait hours fo Read Morer the single employee to get there whenI had other things to do. They need to hire at least two staff for ALL open hours so when one is showing an apartment, the other one can keep the office open.
