What can I say about Lightbox that others before have not. This place will scam you out of your money, hold onto your deposit for dear life, not respond to your maintenance requests or say that they tried coming by when they did not. Neighbors are amazingly loud, both from neighboring buildings and people who blast music after midnight on the rooftop so loudly that your whole bed vibrates and you can feel the walls beating. Management will not respond to your noise complaints either. Frequently has no water for most of the day and will not provide you with alternative accommodations (so if youre working from home and need to use the bathroom, good luck). Does not make it clear when you move out what actions you have to take so that they can charge you for extra month-to-month rent. Uses new legislations as an excuse as to why they did not contact you DESPISE telling you they will contact you about moving out. Horrible experience. The pipes in my room also bursted and flooded the whole place. I had to vacate the room and this issue took weeks to be resolved. Scroll through the other reviews and know that this is not my personal experience, but something others can attest to.

Excellent place to live in regards of cleanliness, location, upkeep, convenience, enjoyment etc.. Quiet area for being in the center of a fairly busy area. The staff is extremely caring along with friendly residents. Commodities are exceptional along with many accommodations that exceed their basic duty. If those things don't sell you on it, the rooftop view will.

Great complex for young folks starting out. Brand new appliances and a beautiful rooftop pool. Not great for young professionals who do not party every night.
