                                What's unique is that the neighborhood is usually very quiet and peaceful and I have good neighbors around me.

                                Has a big community center with a full gym, swimming pools, basketball court, dog park, lake for fishing, plenty of sidewalks for walking and biking, grocery store and restaurants nearby

                                Wild waves and Disney land and family fun center and skating and ice skating and hovebiring , swimming

                                I love that there isn't much activity from the neighbors, and that the houses are sealed and very quiet so that I'm not bothered by noise.

                                There is a reservoir right behind the complex I live in and actually is slightly majestic when the sun sets. The people that live in my complex including myself have lived in their homes for a long time so there is a lot of chemistry between all of us.
