        2 years ago my family and I moved into Arabella and recently we decided to sign our 3rd lease and upgrade to a 3 bedroom based upon the location, staff, and security. Our time here has been well received as the staff is courteous and prompt. The complex is always clean and well taken care of.

        Because there are pets, there is often messes in the elevator. Parking is less than adequate and I have seen no action to improve it. For the price there are not many amenities such as a work out room or pool.

        Although I loved the staff working in our office, there was construction that shouldn't have been necessary. My rent was also raised every time my lease was up, even though I was an exceptional resident. This raise is why I had to move out...
