Where do I start....This place!! Poor management very difficult to communicate withWhenever I call they dont pick up. Left voicemails- no response. Stopped by the office its closed. Just recently they made changes in their payment system. So on top of $1255.00 that they charge you for an old, relatively small two bedroom unit, theres a $35 processing fee that you have to pay every month simply for them to accept your online payment (How ridiculous! this is actually the reason were moving out!) and when I called asking if they can wave that fee they said absolutely not! Ciao Felicia, were moving someplace more friendly that isnt a way to treat your tenants for 20+ years!!! They do not accept personal checks or cash form of payment. Oh and garage and water fee is additional charge. So before you move inask about all of the hidden fees that they will add on later. The pictures of model unit are absolutely NOT what most of Appartments look like inside. Our units kitchen was very old. No kitchen cabinet door handles. Definitely theres no hardwood or laminate flooring anywhere. They made those pictures simply to advertise the apartments that in reality are totally not like on the pictures. Our bathroom ceiling had black mold that never got treated, even though we complained about it. Some neighbors cat always peed and pooped under our windows. It was impossible to open up windows during hot summer days because of cat litter smell and manager would do nothing about it! Parking is a whole other topic! Theres no guest parking available EVER. And if youre potential tenant get ready to fight with your neighbors for a parking spot. This is not a place Id recommend anyone to live in. Whoever is in charge of this property makes all these rules that make this place very unattractive for new tenants
