    Love it here they are the best!!!! Staff, everything great place to call home for sure almost 4 years here and dont plan to move anytime soon!!!

    My rent was $1200/mo and I had to terminate my lease 1 month early. The manager said that if I moved out 1 week prior to the start of my last month then she would rent the unit out and I would be refunded my last month rent. Instead she rented it out, kept my rent, and allowed the new tenant to move one month later leaving the unit vacant for 30 days. She did not follow thru with her commitment to me, and showed no remorse in her deception. Other staff members apologized for her actions.

    The PRO: The office staff was very friendly and answered all questions not to mention offering tips and advice that was useful. The property was always clean and well kept. Repairs requested were immediately taken care of. Con: the underground parking spaces are tiny and not a lot of room to move. My apartment on the first floor train side was gorgeous, spacious, however sound proofing would be nice. It was horrendous at 3am on a Monday having trains slamming together sounding like a crash

    maintenance onsite and very responsive. beautiful view. exercise equipment good and accessible. outstanding location-MOG was like an extension.
